Sasha represents municipal and government employers and employees, including police and fire departments and school committees, in a broad range of areas, including employment disputes and civil rights litigation before the courts of the Commonwealth, as well as in a wide variety of administrative proceedings before various agencies, including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) and the Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA).

Sasha represented the United States government in a wrongful death action arising out of the handling of top-echelon FBI informants in the Boston mob run by James “Whitey” Bulger; this matter was ultimately dismissed by the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals. Most recently, Sasha obtained a $1,000,000 settlement involving a woman who suffered brain damage following a stroke, and negotiated a $500,000 settlement on behalf of her clients in a SIDS-related wrongful death claim.
